Through our Flash Mentoring model, students meet professionals across industries who help them understand what work looks like in the real world, why it matters, and how industries are evolving.
We believe no matter what your job is, there is a student who would love to do it—but doesn't yet know it exists. Flash Mentors help make that connection visible.

Flash Mentors participate in short, high-impact mentoring sessions—virtually or in person—designed to fit into busy schedules while creating meaningful exposure for students.
