We use media to educate and make dreams a reality through the eye of entrepreneurship. By connecting students to mentors, industries, and real-world opportunities, we help them see themselves as future leaders and changemakers.

Our Story
Mogul Academy was founded on a simple truth: students don't fail because they lack potential—they disengage because they don't see the path forward.
Traditional education often teaches students what to learn, but rarely shows them why it matters or how it connects to real life, real careers, and real opportunity.
Mogul Academy exists to change that narrative.
We use mentorship, business thinking, and real-world exposure to help young people understand how the world works—and how they can contribute, lead, and succeed within it.
Through Saturday School curriculum, Flash Mentoring, and industry partnerships, we help students build the life skills, critical thinking, and confidence they need to navigate careers, systems, and life itself.

Founder & Executive Director, Mogul Academy
Jessica LaShawn is an educator, business strategist, and youth advocate dedicated to closing the gap between education and opportunity.
With years of experience working with students, educators, and industry leaders, Jessica founded Mogul Academy to create a mentorship model that goes beyond traditional classroom learning—one that connects students to the real world through business thinking, industry exposure, and authentic relationships.
